The anime of Video Girl ai is composed by 6 OAV of approximately 30 minutes one, created by Shueisha in 1992, in Japan are on 6 different vhs, and in the other countries, like in Italy instead have been compressed on 3 cassettes (2 episodes for one VHS). The story of the anime is faithful to the manga in the first 5 episodes, the script is correct, and also the graphically it is truly of high level, but the style of Masakazu Katsura is the best. Unfortunately the last episode (6°) is instead a brief conclusion of the history. The anime of Vga is concluded in fact after that Ai vanishes and a lot of characters don’t appear. This decision is not very clear, probably the anime had not had the hoped success, and therefore had been interrupted. Personally I’m not to happy of this decision… In my opinion it could be a beautiful anime series… Here you can find all the infos:
